About the work—

All pieces sold here are original, handmade watercolour artworks. Because of their handmade nature, slight variations from photos (in colour, texture, or exact framing) are normal and not considered a fault.

Ordering—

When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy, which I'll confirm by email. I reserve the right to decline or cancel an order — for example, if a piece has already sold or there's a pricing error — in which case you'll receive a full refund.

Pricing—

All prices are listed in Norwegian Kroner (NOK) and don't include shipping or any applicable import duties/taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility for international orders.

Intellectual property—

All artwork, images, and text on this site are my copyright. Purchasing a piece means you own the physical artwork — it doesn't transfer reproduction rights or copyright.

Limitation of liability—

I'm not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or purchase of a piece, to the extent permitted by law.

Governing law—

These terms are governed by the laws of Norway.
