Refund policy.

Each piece is an original, one-of-a-kind work. Outside of the right of withdrawal below, I don't accept returns for change of mind.

Right of withdrawal—

Wherever you're ordering from, you have 14 days from receiving your order to change your mind and cancel the purchase, no reason needed.

To cancel, email me at [your email] within this 14-day window, stating your order number and that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. You can use this simple statement:

"I wish to cancel my order [order number], placed on [date], for the item [item name]."

Once you've notified me, you have 14 days to send the item back. You're responsible for return shipping costs, and the piece must be returned in its original condition and packaging — please package it as carefully as it arrived, since watercolour originals can be damaged in transit.

I'll refund the purchase price (including original standard shipping costs) within 14 days of receiving the returned item, or of you providing proof of postage, whichever is earlier, using your original payment method.

Faulty or damaged items—

If your piece arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me at info@solveigpetch.com within 3 days of delivery, with photos of the damage and the packaging. I'll arrange a replacement (where possible, given the original nature of the work) or a full refund, including original shipping costs.

Non-arrival—

If your order hasn't arrived within 2 weeks of the estimated delivery window, please get in touch and I'll look into it with the carrier.

How refunds are processed—

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.
